Jordan and a Vintage Coca-Cola Vending Machine

As a Coca-Cola brand ambassador, I'm excited to be growing awareness for the sport of golf globally and engaging with fans in exciting new ways. I love that Coca-Cola has always been associated with iconic sporting events and some of the world’s greatest athletes. Jordan Spieth

The Coca-Cola Company has a rich golf history, which dates back to Bobby Jones — co-founder of The Masters and regarded by many as one of the greatest players of all time. Jones appeared in a Coca-Cola advertising campaign in 1947 honoring the great champions of sport and became a Coca-Cola bottler shortly thereafter. Spieth won the 2015 TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta — Jones' home course, where Jones is said to have played his first and last rounds of golf.

Coca-Cola is excited to have Jordan Spieth as its newest Coca-Cola brand ambassador. As impressive as his feats have been on the course, it's the way Jordan has embraced becoming a role model off the course that has earned Coca-Cola's admiration. His sportsmanship, respect for others, and support of family and community perfectly embody the ideals of Coca-Cola. His actions, values, and character, both on and off the course, make Jordan the ideal Coca-Cola brand ambassador.
